Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Lifedock (run by Harborgreet Digital) collects, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account details: your username and email, and your password stored only as a secure hash.
- What you enter: habits, checklists, reminders, schedule entries, food and workout logs, maintenance notes, shopping lists, language practice, and money entries you type in. Lifedock never connects to your bank.
- Calendar link: if you add a calendar feed address, we read events from it to show them in the app.
- Photos and barcodes: food photos you take are sent for AI analysis to estimate nutrition and are not saved afterward. Barcode numbers are looked up in the Open Food Facts database.
- Notifications: if you turn on notifications, we store your browser's push subscription so we can send the reminders you set.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and limited billing details (like the last four digits of your card), never your full card number.
- Basic technical data: like IP address and device type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the Service.
How we use it
Only to run Lifedock for you: show your data, send the reminders you ask for, power AI features you use, handle billing, answer support requests, and keep the Service secure.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and AI processing), Stripe (payments), and Open Food Facts (barcode lookups, barcode number only). Push notifications go through your browser maker's push service (for example Apple or Google). We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can view and edit your data in the app. To get a copy of your data or delete your account and data, email support@getlifedock.com; we'll respond within 30 days. You can turn notifications off anytime in the app or your phone's settings.
California residents
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Service doesn't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we don't track you across other sites.
Children
Lifedock isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security and retention
Data is sent over encrypted connections and passwords are hashed. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account, except what we must keep by law (like billing records).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app.
