Cancellation & Refunds

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. Cancel before the 14 days end and you won't be charged.

After the trial

When the trial ends, your card is charged for your plan ($7.99 for the month or $59 for the year), and it renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@getlifedock.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you already paid for.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded, including for the rest of a month or year after you cancel. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge), email support@getlifedock.com and we'll fix it.
